Deciding to cease our Qualmark accreditation
We have reluctantly decided to cease our accreditation from Qualmark from October 2025. Instead we will continue to follow the principles of Tiaki as well as our own high standards for our accommodation and activities here at Ranginui Retreat.
Qualmark have helped us get established but the cost of maintaining accreditation versus the benefits we are getting from holding the Gold level status do not justify the continued investment.
Please be assured we will continue to follow and strive to exceed the level of service and accommodation that guests have experienced and come to expect from us.
Thanks to all of you who have supported or stayed with us since we opened in September 2022. It means a lot to us and we look forward to meeting you at our place when you come to stay.
